Rebounding - 30 minutes.
Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/6 reps, 3 sets/3 reps/315lbs, 2 sets/1 rep/325lbs, missed third single.
At this point I have a strain in the back of my neck, left side.
Push Ups - 3 sets/10,12,15 reps.
A decent training day but the weight is not great. Don't get me wrong. I feel fantastic. Better than I have in ages but still weak.
