Light Warm Ups and Dynamic Stretches.
Deadlifts - 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 3 sets/1,3,1 reps/315lbs, 405lbs/1 rep, 3 sets/1 rep/455lbs.
WG Lat Pulldowns - 3 sets/12 reps/135,155,175lbs.
Kettlebell Swings - 3 sets/20 reps/44,53,70lbs.
Still not happy with my Deadlift strength 455lbs was way more difficult than it should be. However, its an improvement on last week. The bar slipped from my hand on the first set. Hence the straps. Also, I weighed 349lbs this morning. Huge Victory!!! Now for some family running around.
