Buffalo Bar Bench Squats

A bit fatigued after work today. Training lately has been going really well so I had to squat tonight. Glad I did. It went awesome.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Buffalo Bar Bench Squats - 80lbs/12 reps, 180lbs/12 reps, 230lbs/10 reps, 280lbs/6 reps,  4 sets/4,6,6,6 reps/330lbs.


BW Lunges - 3 sets/15 reps per side.

I used the lower flat bench so all reps were at parallel. BW is still going down. This morning I weighed 350lbs. Yahoo for me!
