Swiss Bar Bench Press

Had a little hickup in training yesterday. I was supposed to do Deadlifts after work but my Mom ended up going to hospital. We were there for about 8hrs so training didn't happen. Mom is alright.
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving. That means lots of good food. That said I decided to leave Deadlifts for tomorrow. Swiss Bar Bench today.

Rebounding - 60 minutes.

Swiss Bar Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/110lbs, 2 sets/160lbs/12 reps, 4 sets/6 reps/210lbs, 2 sets/12 reps/160lbs.

Dumbbell Side Laterals - 3 sets/12 reps/20lbs.

Feeling good.
