Swiss Bar Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/110lbs, 200lbs/10 reps, 220lbs/8 reps, 230lbs/6 reps.

Swiss Bar OH Ext - 3 sets/10 reps/70lbs.

Swiss Bar Curls - 3 sets/10 reps/70lbs.

Feeling good. Soon it's time for bed.
