Bench Press

Still not where I want to be as far as strength goes. So, I beat myself up.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/6 reps, 6 sets/1 rep/315lbs, (Titan Ram) 3 sets/4,5,5 reps/315lbs.



Single Arm Triceps Cable Ext - 3 sets per arm/10 reps/10kg.

A little rushed this evening but still got some solid training done.
