Rebounding and Grip

I've signed up for a grip competition early in November. My grip is terrible compaired to my overall strength and size. However, here's an oportunity to make it better.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Theragun.

Axle Deadlift (OH Grip) - 130, 180, 230lbs. Miss 280lbs several times.


Rack Pull the weights in reverse order and hold until failure.

Now I've got to eat and get ready as I have some running around to do before work.
