Squats

Dragged my lazy ass to the garage for some Squats. With only three weeks of training before Deep Freeze I figure now is a good time to hit heavy singles. 

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Dynamic Stretches and Leg Swings.

Theragun.

Squats - bar/12 reps, 135lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/4 reps, 315lbs/1 rep, 335lbs/1 rep, 355lbs/1 rep, 375lbs/1 rep.




Split Squats and BW Wide Squats.

375lbs didn't feel that heavy but I did come up on my toes a bit. BW = 349lbs this morning. My belt is feeling looser.
