Swiss Bar Bench Press

Rebounding this morning then running around today. Trainning pushed off until this evening.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Running Around.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Swiss Bar Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/110lbs, 2 sets/8 reps/200lbs, 4 sets/6 reps/220lbs, 2 sets/12 reps/160lbs.

Swiss Bar Curls - 3 sets/10,12,12/70lbs.


Dumbbell Side Laterals - 3 sets/12 reps/20lbs.

Good training day. The curls came to me while pressing. These are amazing.
