I only had about 1.5 hrs to workout after work today before my family was going out to dinner. I made it work.
Rebounding - 20 minutes.
Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/6 reps, 275lbs/3 reps, 3 sets/1 rep/325lbs, 2 sets/8 reps/225lbs.
My numbers are lagging lately. 325lbs for three singles is ok rightnow. Better than I've done in a while.
Off to dinner!
