Deadlifts - 3 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 3 sets/1 rep/315lbs, 3 sets/1 rep/405lbs, 505lbs miss twice. 2 sets/6 reps/315lbs.
I could come up with all sorts of reasons why 505lbs pinned me. The one main solution to all the problems is pull from the floor. So I shall.
