Squats - bar/6 reps, 2 sets/6 reps/135lbs.
Bench Squats - 3 sets/6,8,10 reps/135lbs, 3 sets/6,10,12,16 reps/225lbs.
BW Split Squats - 3 sets/12,14,16 reps per leg.
HUGE PUMP right now. Gonna have trouble walking tomorrow. Very pleased with myself.
