Grip Training

With the grip competition coming up I should do "some" grip training. Not much work but it's something.

Rebounding (this morning) - 30 minutes.

Rebounding (this evening) - 30 minutes.

BW Hangs - 25, 35, 20 seconds.


50lbs Thin Plate Hold (one hand)


50lbs Thck Plate Hold (both hands)


Lots of rebounding today. Grip is getting better.
