Rebounding - 20 minutes.
Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/6 reps, 295lbs/2 reps, 4 sets/1 rep/315lbs, (with Titan Ram) 2 sets/4 reps/315lbs.
Cable Triceps Ext - 4 sets/12 reps/30kg.
Today I used the Titan Ram to push past my limits and Triceps Ext to hammer my triceps. I'll see where this gets me.
