Deadlifts

Today is Thanksgiving. That means family and food. I never like stuffing my face unless I have a place for all that food to go. Thats where the Deadlifts come in.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Deadlifts - 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 315lbs/1 rep, 385lbs/1 rep, 3 sets/1 rep/435lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/315lbs.



Nothing difficult. Working on gaining form from the floor again. No more tires for a bit.
