Before I get into training...
Last week I went to Lunenburg Nova Scotia to say good bye to my wife's Mother. She's been in a nursing home for several years now with late stages dementia. We were able to spend her last three days with her. We will truely miss her and often think of her. Rest easy now Florence.
Last week was extremely demanding emotionally which turning physically demanding. I didn't train. I didn't take vitamins, supplements or protien powder. I did stretch a little as most of the days were spent sitting. That said, I don't feel any worse off. I do however, need to get back to training.
Yesterday I started with 30 minutes of rebounding in conjunction with lots of static stretches. I feel pretty good today. Time for something more serious.
Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches.
Rebounding - 60 minutes.
Kettle Bell Swings - 3 sets/20,25,30 reps/40lbs.
Fat Bar Pin Swings - 3 sets/20 reps/60lbs.
Bent Over Axle Rows - 4 sets/10 reps/115lbs.
Static Stretches.
My forearms and back are super pumped. Now time to eat.
