Flexibility and Mobility Static Stretches.
I felt amazing afterwards and this morning.
Today SSB Squats.
Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches.
SSB Squats - bar/6 reps, 2 sets/6 reps/140lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/230lbs, 2 sets/6, 3 reps/280lbs.
Static Stretches.
I also added to my Sandbag brining it up to 120lbs. Gonna be fun tomorrow.
