A bit of a busy day and a visit from a good friend this afternoon pushed training back to this evening. I had plans to do lots more but I believe things happen for a reason. That said, dialing back the weight but repping it out happened for a reason.
Light Stretches.
Rebounding - 30 minutes.
Buffalo Bar Squats - 5 sets|6,12,12,12,12 reps/135lbs.

Now it's time to eat and watch the 112th Grey Cup. Sask vs Mont.
