Push Pull

Feeling really good lately. The weights are going in the right direction and I don't have any injuries that are holding me back. I decided to switch today with tomorrow's training.

Rebounding - 70 minutes.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 3 sets/8 reps/225lbs, 225lbs AMRAP 14 reps.

Wide Grip High Cable Pull - 6 sets/12 reps/40-60kg.

Static Streches.

The first event of the 2026 Manitoba Strongman season has been announced.


I intend on doing Iron Claw again this year. Obviously, I'll be working hard to do better than last year. Throughout the time on the rebounder I worked my grip with my "Heavy Grips."
