Last night during dinner I noticed that about a third of my lower left molar is missing. That means I have to go to the dentist first thing Monday morning. After seeing the dentist I probably won't be able to lift for a couple days. Today it's time to Squat. I had a real crappy sleep last night and I've got a head ache. Time to get creative to generate some motivation.
Light Stretches.
Rebounding - 30 minutes.
Heavy Grips during rebounding.
SSB Bench Squats - 6 sets/6,8,10,12,14,16 reps/140lbs.
Bench Step Ups - 3 sets/6 per side/BW.
Static Stretches.
The Bench Step Ups were something I used to do a while ago. I think I'll add them as a finishing movement.
