Behind Neck Axle Press
Working this evening to fill in for members on leave. Out to the garage before I leave for a little something.
Rebounding - 30 minutes.
Behind Neck Axle Press - 6 sets/12 reps/75lbs.
Static Stretches.
Light but working in a position that could injure me severe if not respected. Everything worked out well. Good training.
