Hinge and Deadlifts

Home from work, training, then dinner. Here's how training went.

Light Stretches.

Rebounding - 45 minutes.

Kettlebell Swings - 2 sets/20 reps/40lbs.


Pin Swings - 3 sets/20 reps/60lbs.


OH Grip Deadlifts - 4 sets/6,10,10,10 reps/225lbs.


Static Stretches

Not planned as such. More like unfolded. Such a good training day. I love how this evolved. Feeling really good. Solid. Now eat.
