Sandbag and Swings

Yesterday was Remembrance Day. My family has a long history of service so it's an important day for myself and my loved ones.

Today I'm back to training. A couple days ago I added weight to my bag and weighed it. It's now 120lbs.

Rebounding - 45 minutes.

Kettlebell Swings - 2 sets/20 reps/40lbs.

Sandbag to Shoulder - 4 sets/1,2,6,5 reps/120lbs.


Pin Swings - 2 sets/20 reps/60lbs.


Static Stretches.

A really good training day. I also watched my friends pod cast.

Now I eat and relax a bit before going to work.
