Home from work then out to the garage.
Rebounding - 60 minutes.
45° Inclined Bench Press - 6 sets/12 reps/135lbs.
NG High Cable Rows - 6 sets/12 reps/50kg.
Static Stretches.
A good all around upper body training day. Now is an amazing time to eat dinner.
