Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches.
Rebounding - 45 minutes.
Buffalo Bar Squats - 2 sets/10 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/10 reps/185lbs, 245lbs/8 reps.
Static Stretches.
Still no sleeves and no belt. These all felt quite manageable. Nothing taxing. Combined adds up to a really good pump.
