Sit Ups and Grip

Late night at work. Didn't get to bed until after midnight. This morning had to get up early to get some groceries and pick up my winter tires from my parent's garage. Finally got out to the garage to train but didn't have much in the tank. Still, I got some quality training done.

Rebounding - 60 minutes.

Sit Ups - 10,15,20,25 reps.

Axle Bar Grip - 6 sets/115,205,255lbs. 

Now I could go for a nap.
