Hinge Swings

Playing with my new toys. My kettlebell weighs 40lbs. This is what I use for swings. Today I used one of the loadable pins I made for swings.

Light Stretches.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Hinge Swings - 50lbs/10 reps, 50lbs/10 reps, 60lbs/12 reps, 60lbs/16 reps, 60lbs/20 reps.


Static Stretches.

These felt AMAZING!!!
