Another busy day with my mind focused outside of the gym. Better that I go and lift than sit around and do nothing. Moving iron helps me keep me centered.
Stationary Bike - 15 minutes.
Leg Swings and Stretches.
Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/10 reps, 275lbs/6 reps, 295lbs/3 reps, 5 sets/3,1,1,2,3 reps/315lbs.
Seated Machine Press - 100lbs/12 reps, 160lbs/12 reps, 3 sets/12,10,8 reps/200lbs.
Unfamiliar Bench and no safety arms means lighter maximal weights. Still, it felt good. Seated Presses had a greater range of motion and better stability. Great pump sets. Next training back to the grind.
