Stationary Bike - 17 + 13 minutes.
Light Stretches.
Pick up my kid from school.
Tire Deadlifts - 165lbs/6 reps, 235lbs/6 reps, 3 sets/6 reps/325lbs, 365lbs/10 reps.
No belt and no straps. Feeling good. I was going to to do three sets of six reps with 365lbs but I had to leave and pick up my son. That also meant that I will be putting my Bench Press off until tomorrow. But that's ok.
