Heavy Squats

I missed yesterday and a little late getting started today. Get into the gym and get er done.

Stationary Bike - 10 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Stretches. 

Squats - bar/10 reps, 135lbs/8 reps, (knee sleeves) 225lbs/6 reps, (belt) 315lbs/3 reps, 4 sets/1 rep/405lbs.


Seated Leg Curls - 3 sets/16 reps.
Seated Leg Ext - 3 sets/16 reps.

Very short rest between the 405lbs singles. Maybe two minutes max. Watching the video my form is much better than I expected.  Since I'm training in a commercial gym I should start using the equipment. Hence the curls and extensions today. Feeling really good.
