Stationary Bike - 5 minutes.
Squats - 2 sets/8 reps/bar, 135lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, (belt) 3 sets/3,4,6 reps/315lbs, 3 sets/3 reps/365lbs, 315lbs/4 reps.
Stationary Bike - 10 minutes.
That was much tougher than I expected. However, tough days like this makes heavy days easier.
