Light Deadlifts and Bench Press

Issues at home (parents home, not mine) are causing a lack of motivation. Most days I would rather go get drunk. That's not productive so off to the gym I go to pay my penance and center my energy.

Stationary Bike - 25 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Light Stretches.

Deadlifts (Overhand Grip) - 6 sets/6,6,6,8,8,12 reps/225lbs.

Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 6 sets/6,6,6,8,8,8 reps/225lbs.

And I'm spent. Time to head back for some food. My diet is still on track... sort of. I'm still intermittent fasting. I feel really good. Getting stronger.
