Stationary Bike - 15 minutes.
Leg Swings and Light Stretches.
Squats (knee sleeves no belt) - 3 sets/10 reps/bar, 135lbs/10 reps, 6 sets/8 reps/225lbs.
Leg Ext - 2 sets/12 reps/150lbs.
My fourth set of squats was 10 reps. I'm pleased with the effort today. I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow.
