Finally Some Squats

I'm working tonight so I don't have a lot of training time. Still I managed not to procrastinate and got under the bar. 

Light Stretches.

Stationary Bike - 11 minutes. 

Full Stretches. 

Buffalo Bar Squats - (knee sleeves) bar/6 reps, 105lbs/6 reps, 175lbs/6 reps, 3 sets/6,6,12 reps/245lbs.


Stationary Bike - 10 minutes. 

Knee sleeves, squat shoes, no belt. Feeling really good. Being a little lighter bw feels amazing. Now time to get ready for work.
