Deadlifts

Embrace the suck. Higher volume Deadlifts are horrible especially for a big fat old guy like me. I'm better for it.

Stationary Bike - 20 minutes. 

Stretches. 

Deadlifts - 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs, (straps) 5 sets/6,6,6,6,12 reps/315lbs.


The power went out in the gym. I finished my working sets then called it a day. I'm pleased with the performance. No belt, just figure 8 straps.
