Light Stretches.
Stationary Bike - 15 minutes.
Buffalo Bar Bench Press - 105lbs/16 reps, 175lbs/12 reps, 2 sets/6 reps/245lbs, 2 sets/8 reps/245lbs, 2 sets/10 reps/245lbs.
Stationary Bike - 5 sets/5 minutes = 25 minutes.
I alternated five minutes on the bike with a set of Bench. Really kept my heart rate up throughout the workout. It was a fun way to train.
