Stationary Bike - 10 minutes.
Leg Swings and Stretches.
Squats - bar/8 reps, 135lbs/8 reps, (knee sleeves) 225lbs/8 reps, (belt) 5 sets/3,3,4,5,8 reps/315lbs.
Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 225lbs/8 reps, 4 sets/6 reps/275lbs.
My form is feeling great!!! 315lbs felt very manageable and so it should. Getting stronger.
