A Little Something

Still following intermittent fasting. My weight was down to 335lbs this morning. A day off lifting today doesn't mean that it's a day off. 

Stretches. 

Stationary Bike - 15 minutes. 

Walk - 3.5km. (to shoppers drugmart and back).

Not much. Tomorrow I'll play with my tires on the driveway. I can hardly wait.
