Easy Log Press
Home from work and getting in steps plus something else.
Rebounding - 60 minutes.
Standing Log Press - 70lbs/12 reps, 4 sets/12 reps/100lbs.
Static Stretches.
Nothing special. Just going through the motion and feeling the movement. Good stuff.

Canada Day Driveway Deadlifts
One of my favourite things to do is to lift on special occations. On Canada Day I love to listen to Canadian music and Deadlift.
Rebounding - 60 minutes.
Driveway Deadlifts - 225lbs/6 reps, 2 sets/1 rep/315lbs, 405lbs/1 rep, 3 sets/1,1,2 reps/495lbs.
Such a nice day. Not too warm with a nice breeze. Afterwards a lovely steak dinner with a couple beers. I'm happy.
