Jogging, Rebounding and Sit Ups

Busy schedule this morning. I had to cram my training in all at once.


During the rebounding...

Bench Sit Ups - 5 sets/15 reps.

Static Stretches.

Feeling pretty good. I did a little sprinting during the jog around the block. Able to get up on my toes and get a little speed. Well, speed for me.
