I'm not complaining. Soon enough it will be the same temperature but negative. It is hard to train though. Extra calories.
Today went like this.
Rebounding - 60 minutes.
Axle Row and Press - 2 sets/6+6 reps/115lbs, 115lbs/8+8 reps, 115lbs/10+10 reps, 115lbs/12+12 reps.
Same as yesterday, I'm soaked. Time for a shower to cool down.
