Squats

Again, not even remotely heavy. Going through the motition.

Rebounding - 60 minutes.

Kettlebell Swings - 3 sets/20 reps/40lbs.

Squats - bar/10 reps, 5 sets/10 reps/135lbs.


Static Stretches.

I had a couple appointments this morning so I didn't even have time for breakfast. Now it's time to eat.
