Rebounding and Sit Ups

I really don't have to put rebounding in the title. It's kind of obvious at this point.

Rebounding - 60 minutes.

Bench Sit Ups - 5 sets/15,15,20,20,30 reps.


Static Stretches.

100 total Sit Ups. Pretty good. Now it's time to eat. I'm hungry.
