Seated Log Press - 2 sets/6 reps/125lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/165lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/185lbs.
Seated Side Laterals - 3 sets/12 reps/20lbs.
Seated Dumbbell Curls - 3 sets/12 reps/30lbs.
Another good training day. These static strict presses feel amazing.
