Walking, Rebounding and Sit Ups

Yesterday I was really confused as to how to train. In the end I went for a walk. Nothing crazy. Just a walk.


Today I was busy running around after work. After that I got out to the garage.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Sit Ups (on rebounder) - 6 sets/15,15,20,20,15,15 reps.

Lots of lower body stretching.

Feeling good. Feeling confident about passing the Force Test.
