Rebounding, Pull-Push, Fasting and Cats

Today I decided to repeat what I did the other day. I finished eating around 1800hrs. I won't eat again today until around then. Maybe a little earlier if I feel really hungry. 
To keep myself occupied today I did rebounding with some upper body Pull-Push work.

Rebounding - 75 minutes.

WG High Cable Rows - 6 sets/50,55,60kg/12 reps.

Axle Bench Press - 115lbs/12 reps, 205lbs/6 reps, 4 sets/12 reps/205lbs.


Normally I would start with the Press then the Pull. Mixing it up keeps the body guessing. Even something so simple. Feeling good. 4.5hrs till I eat.

Oh ya, I almost forgot. It's International Cat Day! A day to celebrate your feline friend.
