Rebounding and FORCE Test Practice

I'm nervous as heck. Tomorrow is my FORCE Test. The Rushes have been the thorn in my side for months. If I get everything right I'll pass. If I mess it up I'm screwed. I'm about 75% confident I'll get under 51 seconds.
Today after work I wanted to practice just a little. Nothing taxing.

Rebounding - 30 minutes (6x5 min)

Rushes Practice - 6 sets.


Lots of Static Stretching.

Now its time for supper and rest up for tomorrow.
