Training At Bldg 90

I went to the base gym after work. I had about an hour to burn before getting my daughter.

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches.

Squats - bar/6 reps, 2 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 3 sets/6 reps/225lbs.


Deadlifts - 225lbs/1 rep, 5 sets/1rep/315lbs.


When I got home I ran through some lower body static stretches. Glad I did.

Not even remotely heavy but got the blood pumping.
