Rebounding - 60 minutes.
Inclined Axel Press - bar/12 reps, 115lbs/12 reps, 6 sets/1,4,8,4,4,6 reps/225lbs.
NG High Cable Rows - 6 sets/12 reps/50,55,60kg.
Lower Body Stretches.
