Push Pull

Yesterday was tough. We did a large amount of work on the deck. I was exhausted by the end of the day. This morning I went for a walk while my wife watched her show. Nice easy walk around the block.


This afternoon I decided to train some Push Pull.

Rebounding - 60 minutes.

Inclined Axel Press - bar/12 reps, 115lbs/12 reps, 6 sets/1,4,8,4,4,6 reps/225lbs.


NG High Cable Rows - 6 sets/12 reps/50,55,60kg.


Lower Body Stretches.

A good day of training. Tomorrow my intent is Squats.
