100 Sit Ups

Got home from work and it's silly hot and humid. Good way to burn extra calories.

Light Stretches.

Rebounding - 60 minutes (6x10 min)

Sit Ups - 6 sets/12,14,16,18,20,20 reps.

Stretches.

My shirt is soaked through. The core work is getting easier. Feeling amazing.
